What the work includes.

Hear the conversation

Choose microphone pickup and loudspeaker coverage for the seating layout. Consider room noise and acoustics alongside the equipment, then test speech from the positions people will actually use.

See people and content

Plan camera views, display positions, and screen sizes around the room. Consider what remote participants need to see as well as how people at the table view shared content.

Make joining clear

Agree the room platform, laptop connections, and guest workflow. Configure and test the intended ways to start a call, share content, and finish a meeting.

A dedicated room system

An installed room platform can provide a consistent starting point for regular meetings. We check account, licensing, and network requirements with your ICT team before specifying it.

Bring your own laptop

A laptop connection lets people run a meeting from their own device using the room equipment. We check the required connections and supported devices, rather than assuming every laptop behaves alike.

Visitors and other platforms

Cross-platform joining and guest access depend on the selected system and configuration. We work through the meeting scenarios you need and make any limitations clear.

Consistent rooms and support
