Careers at AV Projects
Grow your career as we grow. Join a team that does AV integration properly.
“We’re a family here.” As a family-founded organisation, Audiovisual Projects takes a long-term view of its people.
We keep the workplace respectful and supportive, and people here are trusted to get on with their work. Our team is treated as part of the business, not just a workforce.
AV Projects is a place to grow
Audiovisual Projects is a family-founded business, run from our Darwin base since 1989, with teams now in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
We are bringing together like-minded professionals who care about doing things properly and getting consistent results for our clients.
Most of our work falls into a few role families: AV technicians and installers on site, service and support staff who keep systems running once they’re in, and project delivery and engineering people who design and manage each job. Depending on the role, you might be based at our Darwin headquarters or in one of our other locations across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast.
You’ll work in small, capable teams where your contribution matters, on real client projects. As your experience develops, there are clear opportunities to grow your career.
