In finance and banking, AV carries high-value conversations, from internal strategy sessions to client meetings and external briefings.
Those rooms need to be precise, consistent, and reliable.
Audiovisual Projects is a family-founded business that has designed and installed AV since 1989, working from our Darwin base and teams in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We work with financial institutions, professional services firms, and investment teams, delivering AV that copes with daily use and with the meetings that carry the most weight.
Our work covers executive spaces, collaboration rooms, and presentation environments where clarity and control matter.
Every system is built to be usable day to day and dependable over its working life.

Finance and Banking AV priorities
Consistent experience across meeting spaces
Meeting rooms are delivered to repeatable standards, so behaviour, controls, and outcomes stay familiar across floors, buildings, and offices.
That familiarity means teams and clients can start a meeting without a briefing on how the room works.
Clear audio for discussion and decision-making
Audio systems are designed to support natural conversation and capture nuance, whether participants are in the room or joining remotely.
Coverage, intelligibility, and level management are tuned to suit financial discussions where clarity supports confident decision-making.
Presentation environments that support confidence
Boardrooms and briefing spaces are configured to keep attention on the content and the presenter. Display placement, audio reinforcement, and room layout work together to support clear delivery without unnecessary visual or operational distraction.
For Canaccord Genuity, the global financial services firm, we built a hybrid meeting suite at 101 Collins Street in Melbourne. In the executive room, motorised Arthur Holm displays and cameras rise from the desk only when they’re needed, camera switching follows whoever is speaking so the far end sees the active speaker, and hearing augmentation is built in – with Zoom and Microsoft Teams treated equally. It’s discreet where it needs to be, and reliable in daily use.
Simple connection for internal and external participants
Meeting spaces support quick, reliable connection for staff, clients, and external advisors. BYOD workflows allow presenters to connect their devices easily while maintaining consistent room behaviour and presentation outcomes.
Spaces suited to investor and analyst roadshows
Roadshow environments are designed for repeatable use across sessions, presenters, and locations. AV systems support consistent presentation delivery, hybrid participation, and smooth transitions between meetings without complex reconfiguration.
Predictable room behaviour
Rooms start in a known state and return to it when meetings conclude. Automation and control logic keep spaces ready for the next use, reducing the need for manual resets or intervention.
Ongoing support that protects availability
Meeting spaces are supported through remote monitoring, proactive checks, and structured response pathways. Together these keep rooms available and performing across everyday use without drawing attention away from the business at hand.
Systems designed to evolve with the organisation
AV infrastructure and system design account for organisational change over time. Equipment selection and integration methods support refresh cycles, upgrades, and expansion without requiring wholesale replacement.
